Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We offer different ways of payment. Simply choose your preferred option at checkout.
Q: How long will it take to dispatch my order?
A: We dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
Q: What is the cost of shipping in the UK?
A: We ship any order under £4.50 via 2nd class post for a flat rate of £0.75. Any orders over £4.50 are sent for free via 2nd class post which takes 2-3 working days. We offer 1st class post upgrade for additional flat rate of £1.50.
Q: What is the cost of shipping abroad?
A: We offer European shipping for a flat rate of £7. Your order will be sent via trackable service allowing you to check the status of your order. For orders outside of Europe, please contact us for quote. We will respond quickly with a quote based on the best shipping rate available and the size of your order.
Q: Will I be charged tax or customs fees if ordering abroad?
A: Taxes or customs fees are not included in the cost of the items or the cost of shipping. These need to be paid by the buyer if they are applied by the customs authority in your country.
Q: Do you offer next day delivery service?
A: Yes, we offer Royal Mail Special and Guaranteed Service options at checkout however we cannot guarantee that these orders will be delivered the next day. This is because orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day and we do not ship orders at weekends.
Q: I am not fully satisfied with my order. What should I do?

Q: Do you have promotions or special offers?
A: You bet we do! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about them and never miss out on new additions and promotions. We will not spam you. We send our emails maximum twice a month.
Q: I can't find what I am looking for.
A: Drop us a message. We reply quickly and may be able to help. Especially, if you are looking for a particular shade and are unsure if our product will match. We are happy to check and send you additional photos.
Q: I can't find a colour / style of a product on your website or the item I want is not in stock. What should I do?
A: Drop us a message! We will be able to advise when the items will be back in stock or suggest an alternative product that suits your needs.
Q: Do the photos reflect the exact colours of the products?
A: We do our utmost to ensure that they do but for some products it is not possible. Additionally, every device used to view our website has a different resolution which may impact the colour.
Q: Do you offer colour swatches for your quilling strips?
A: Unfortunately we don't. This is for two reasons:
- We continue to expand our colour selection
- Our manufacturers change the shade of the existing colours from time to time
Any colour swatches would become out of date or be misleading. This also applies to any colour swatches our customers made themselves.
If the exact colour is required for your project, please contact us and we will provide help in chosing the right colour.
Q: Do you run a loyalty scheme?
A: We sure do. It's simple to earn points as you shop. Create an account and receive 50 points for sign up and get 1 point for every £1 you spend. You can redeem your points any time.
