Refund policy

As with all legal terms and conditions, these can get a bit technical and we are sorry if they sound rather formal.

Please note, these terms and conditions are regularly revised and may change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check them before ordering products in case there are any changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access the website.

However, they are pretty standard and designed to enhance and protect your shopping experience with us and make it as easy and secure as possible.

Returns
We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Handmade items
  • Gift cards
  • Inks
  • Glue

Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first. We will need to initiate a returns procedure to ensure that the returned goods are identified and that any refund or exchange is done as quickly as possible.

There are certain situations where only a partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Order was returned to Crafty Wizard due to an incomplete address provided by the buyer
  • Order was not collected by the buyer form the local depot office
  • Order was placed by the buyer by mistake and / or placed without reading the item description

We do our utmost to ensure that photos reflect the colour of the products correctly; particularly quilling strips. However, they are not an exact match due to factors such as camera and buyers screen resolution. For that reason, we encourage buyers to contact us for advice or additional photos when shopping for a very specific shade. We reserve the right to refuse the return on that basis.

Any returns are at buyers expense and the cost of postage will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@craftywizard.co.uk and send your item to: Crafty Wizard, 119 Mile Oak Road, Portslade, Brighton BN41 2PJ, United Kingdom.

To return your product after the refund has been accepted, you should mail your product to: Crafty Wizard, 119 Mile Oak Road, Portslade, Brighton BN41 2PJ, United Kingdom

 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

Shipping and delivery times

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will dispatch all orders within 1 working day. We will ship the orders according to buyer's preferred postage method. Most orders will be delivered within the time frames specified by the shipper, however, at times the delivery times may take longer. This is beyond our control and we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
